very clean! Looks good man, i would keep it just the way it is. What products did you use, how long did you let it cure before you put it back on?

That looks pretty damn good! What kind of paint do you use? so it doesn't peel or melt...

Is it WDP paint or was it off the shelf white? I'd keep the red and get a red AEM CAI.

Shredder, I think it looks good. I like HONgDA's idea of matching things with a red CAI.

they r off the shelf colors.. i used duplicolor... they make a special primer and paint for the engine..i let its about 3 coats of primer and 5 coats of color.. i let the last coat dry for about 2 hours b4 putting it on.. although the paint had dried after about 20 or so minutes.. it looks kinda wet b/c the sun is shinning on it all funky .. as far as the plastic pieces i just used the regular duplicolor paint and primer... and yes.. i am deff planing on getting a red intake.. i took that into consideration when i was painting it all.. ..
next thing to paint (or at least that i want to paint) is the strut bar.. and idk weather i should make it white or red?.. (assuming that ill keep red on the engine)..let me know

Looks good. Red looks better than gold would.

I would have done black instead of red though.

i think it looks okay but have you chosen a color scheme for your car? or are you making it up as you go along? you going for show or go? a little of both?
The reason I ask is because I can see this going a few different ways.
I think a silver/graphite color with a dark primer might look nice with a darker red and a polished or black intake.
or even adding a crackle paint for the red to give it some texture like the old B series.( imo)
i understand getting bored more from not having the funds all the time but I have been doing a lot of planning and things are finally coming together. (Another reason I won't be getting bored with my car anytime soon.)
I got an exhaust in my living room, that im painting the pipes tomorrow, along with coilovers, filters and tail lights that need to be slightly modded. Basically what im saying is sit down with a pencil and write down some stuf, research and maybe even photoshop , if you have it, before executing. (imo)

Dang, you did a good job painting them...and the "red" stands out perfectly, it flows with the white cover!

I wonder how it's gonna be with dirt though? I guess maintenance/cleaning is the key Either or, i think it looks awesome bro!

Yes i planned everything out.. the intake will be polished with red filter and red cuffs... The brakes will also b read.. either black, gold, or chrome/ polished rims. A spec kit all around (type s rear)... suspension.. atlp quads... thats what the future looks like for me.. and the strut bar i can make white with red bolts? maybe..

no tape man.. when i finished painting everything.. i put sand paper on this flat short stick so that it would b flush with the top serface (needs to b perfectly flat) and slowly and carfully sanded off the layer of red paint from the 3.2 VTEC..

The color is good, but I would have gone with black and painted the letters red. The white cover looks nice, too.

+1 on the red CAI as well.

As for sanding the letters, you should clear it to protect the bare surface from the elements.

you should paint that windshield wiper fluid cover too, cause that blue is just messin' up the theme your going for. Other than that white and red looks nice but white and gold would look even better!!! Mugen theme i guess
