You have to use an image host that allows remote linking. Rapid share (the site you were using) does not allow that since they want users to see the ads on their page. If you use imageshack or photobucket, I don't think you will run into this problem.

 

Yea, Photobucket or ImageShack. Sign up, log on, copy/store image to their server, copy and paste the link. Voila, you have just posted a pix.
