I spent forever trying to get this done. but my final product is TOO small. I used search of course but i can't find a tutorial. 
! ! I used paint then went to strech/skew and changed it down to 15% to fit in, can someone tell me a better way to do this?

Note: The maximum size of your custom image is 96 by 196 pixels or 100.0 KB (whichever is smaller).

I looked thru that too rets, but i can't even do the first step! i don't know how to edit what program to use, most likely photoshop and i have no idea what to do w/ that.
