what does a " licence plate" have to do with making it a none sleeper...
i dont even have rims...or exhaust..the 2 "looks" of making it a non sleeper..
i can guarantee u..if you just saw this car on the street...would you think it had a SC under the hood??? i highly doubt it...

^ that is the cheapest mod ever...just go to a home depot or some place and get 2 "L" brackets..a few nuts and bolts..and ur done..
or you can use 1 longer L bracket ..but i used 2
