my insurance said they couldn't do anything without the other guys insurance info...all i have is his plate number... does anyone got a 07-08 bumper for sale????

 

That's all you need. You have pictures. Take the pictures and the plate to the nearest precinct and they will give you the insurance and his name. Then follow up with your insurance when you have this info.

 

I usually kick the other cars door when people park that close.

 

One time I had my car parked on a meter and some a$$hole decided to squeeze his car between my car and the car in front of me just so he can save a couple of quarters, I needed a can opener to get my car out and in the end I was so pissed I ended up slashing all 4 tires of the a$$hole's car.

 

God that sucks. Before I clicked this I thought it was gunna be funny, they i saw it I think the registration in the window has the insurance code(3 digit number) and you can look it up online and find the company.
