Finally got my XXR 530's! Longest week of my life waiting for them to ship.

<a href="http://s1294.beta.photobucket.com/user/mrtastygoody/library/" target="_blank"><img src="http://i1294.photobucket.com/albums/b602/mrtastygoody/IMG_1213.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"/></a>

What should I do next? Thinking of a roof spoiler maybe, not sure yet.

Oops.

Edit: Okay I don't know how to post pictures. Help anyone?

Here you go. Fixed it for you.

Whoa very nice.

Next, A-spec body kit and roof spoiler and decklid spoiler.

Dont you think 20s are bit overkill for the TL even when lowered?

18s MAX plus a drop would look awesome.

Save up for an A-Spec kit and coilovers. What size are your new wheels? Lookin pretty good, they'll look a lot better with less gap in your wheel wells but that goes without saying congrats though.

I like my 17s haha. I like having a lot of rubber on my wheels. I want aspecs though!

Aspec lips, not the rims

More crabs?

But I would say either A-Spec lip kit or a drop. Since you did the rims already, I'm actually leaning towards drop. Something about aftermarket rims at stock height looks a little off, but when you adjust the stance it all flows much better.

I was the one that was considering selling...and the answer is I've decided to keep it (gonna wait a year or two and see about a used 2013 GS F Sport). In fact, I went ahead and ordered the ASPEC kit just to make sure I keep it around for a little longer.

Nice wheels OP. Those are the same ones I was looking at. I'm surprised how good the 17"s look. Do you have any pics from further away? What are the specs (offset, width)?

I'll take some more pics tonight guys, that's just one I snapped last night real quick. Also yeah I was considering selling but I like the looks and mpg. Was gonna get a g35 but I only like the 07-08 sedans and those are out of my price range right now.

^ I think they are. Had them mounted at discount tires, they told me they just started carrying XXR but they haven't seen that model yet. Manager asked me for the color and model number, said he's gonna order them from corporate ASAP, and that they looked fantastic on my car.

Also, damn, some of you guys are being dicks today. Wtf, let a guy be excited about his new toys, or gtfo. *cough justnspace and undying dreams*

Everyone else, thanks for the compliments!

Idk if you've been looking around here but quite a few folks have the 530's...

either way, as long as you're happy, that's all that matters, congrats!

I just wanted to hear the opinions of what would go well with the rims from my fellow TL owners. Isn't that the point of an online car community, to discuss things about the cars we own?

lowering is the biggest visual impact...in addition to the fact that it'll make the smaller wheels look fantastic. that's my opinion...

I know it's been discussed a million times over, but is it fine to just get springs and not coilovers? Can't really afford those right now. For sure looking at getting Aspec in the next year or so. And like I said, more pics when I get home from school today!

Just depends what you want man.

Springs are perfectly fine. Coils are for the people who want to adjust the height and damping settings as they please.

With springs, you put them on that car and you're done, no adjusting.

coils are for everyone that want to drop and have the money for it...
springs are fantastic to get the job done. just research which ones give you the drop you're looking for!

I find 18's being a good blend of tire vs. rubber. 19's are the TL sex though.

KPTechnology window roll-up module. Thats whats next.

I think a small 1" to 1.5" drop om the TL is perfect. I just ordered the Tein S. tech lowering springs. I can't wait to get them installed.

I think the lowered and kit are the kit moves. You could also add a RSB, etc.
