wish there was more inspiration here!
Since the release of the type s I've always dreamt of owning one… In KBP only and now I do, it was purely by chance as I wasn't really looking for it. It found me :-)
I love this color!!
I'm doing mods presently and will post pics when I can get a good wash on her, winter is a bitch in New England!
I will post as soon as I can…
Maybe someone else has more photos of what they've done?

Not pictured are the many sweeping light scratches on the roof & trunk, as if some dipshit piled dirty boxes on it in a garage and then slid them around, or the deep key scratch near the rock chip. After I sort out the slipping trans, the sticking calipers & warped rotors, the shot compliance bushing , and a timing belt-WP job I plan to get some touch-up paint and try to DIY fix them.
I gotta say I absolutely love the color combo. When I decided to get a Type S I really wanted the two-tone seats, and there was a KBP with them for sale for double this junker's price, but once I saw this ivory & black interior in person I deeply appreciated how well it works with the amazing blue.

^^^^ Two tone seat make the car feels sporty meanwhile the Taupe make the car more luxurious. I have both interior lol, the taupe is more paint in the arm to clean, especially you wear blue jeans lol.

I paid $5k. I think that would've been fair for a car that only needed cosmetics and bushings - but the transmission and calipers felt fine during the test drive. If the trans had slipped, I probably would've walked. Oh well, I guess the charismatic yet shady flipper dude had added some snake oil to the trans or something. 3x3 flush, filters, and sensors coming very soon...

I totally forget how good this blue looks lol, mine just in the garage most of the time.

Not pictured:
- light to medium scratches on trunk & roof,
- deep scratch on passenger rear door,
- series of deep rock chips on driver's side doors,
- odd small dark spots staining like hot tar spattered the driver's fender & door under the mirror at some point and was allowed to sit.
IMO the poor thing needs a full repaint but budget says that comes waayyyy after mechanical sorting.
