foggies and CAI = 8hr project

alrite so since my buddy and I alrdy had the bumper off.. I decided to throw on the CAI. this only took about an hr at most.

the FOGS on the other hand. OMG so much custom work involved in order to make ebay 03-05 accord sedan fogs fit...

work in progress..

headlight and fogs on (YES i'll be getting 8 or 10k HIDs soon)

headlight off

parking and fogs

anddd thats it... not rly any better pics... but u can sorta get an idea of how they look. from far away the look fine haha! up close is another story.

get the bulbs off ddmtunings. they're 12.50 plus outrageous shipping of around 11 dollars or something like that...so ask a friend if he wants to hop on with you. they are located in socal so they got to my house in about 2-3 days which is nice (: i use ddm hid kits for my fogs and my reverse lights and it's been about 8-9 months.

I personally wouldn't go over 8k on lows and fogs. less light output, more attention from cops, and I don't think it looks as clean as 6 or 8

Damn, those ebay fogs look good.

I need to get myself a pair.

How difficult was the wiring?

The wiring part is the only thing I worry about.

I found the seller thru ebay and bought it from their website

http://www.racer-union.com/Fog-Lights/Honda/Accord/03-04-05-HONDA-ACCORD-4DR-SEDAN-FOG-LIGHTS-wOEM-SWITCH-p4516172.html

my friend did ALL the wiring.. said it wasnt hard at all. (he's done a few fog kits alrdy) so that should be helpful kinda? haha. do u have any experience w/ wiring? cause I think if i were to do it myself....id be completely lost but I believe he used the DIY for the wiring and followed that completely. good luck!

oh yea and he wired it so that they can turn on whenever my parking lights come on! pretty sweettt haha

very nice install man! question - how tight is the fitment with the CAI? cause when we were doing my fogs i notice that the driver side was pretty close to the stock intake...just wondering if there is any problems where the filter is going to be. and if you want to see fogs with 3k i should have a post on here with it not too long ago.

Well done man. I remember when Buda and I cleared my headlights and installed the Audi-Style LED's in the headlights. It was an all-day project, but just like your mods, it was well worth it.

I'm actually using an intake for the accord so the filter sits higher I believe? so it doesnt get in the way haha

oh cause we like the look of independant fogs being on (w/out the headlights) and hes wired a few sets of fogs this way already.

Plus I can still turn on and off the fogs w/ the button if I choose too.

yes I can turn them on and off even with the headlights off with the buttom from the foglight harness (Aftermarket button)

the oem foglight switch only powers the oem fogs
