Breaking News
I have to hold on making the video because some jackass this morning decided to back into my front bumper. On the state of VA the cops will not do a police report if the damage is over $1000. I got an estimate done today and they quoted me $723 worth of damage.
FML not a good monday

Dude, I love the way your wheels look!! I'm seriously considering doing that. What type, brand of paint(s) did you use and what steps did you take to do it? Did you take the chrome "A" off the wheel before painting? Does it pop off? Thanks, and sorry to hear about the bumper...Sucks the big one.

Ok guys I am hopping to have the Mistress back to normal in a few days. There is no damage to the bumper just the paint was scrape off by 12 inches. The vehicle that did the damage was a ford ranger since they have a metal rear bumper and my car is low. The edge of his bumper scrape the paint. My friend is fixing the bumper and repainting it all I have to do is take of the aspec kit and install my self. He is charging me $250. Better than $723. The person who made the damage is giving me the money so that is good news. There will be a surprice with updated pictures. Stay tuned and for the folks that want to know how I did the wheels send me a pm.

Ok guys
just to keep you guys updated
I got the "Mistress" back and she is only missing the dome front bumper letters.
I decided to do a little change to her rear view.
Let me know what you guys think

No biggie man!

I would drive up for the MD Meet but my finals start that week and I really need to study. Classes are kicking my ass this semester.

I'll be at ECH without a doubt though. Hope to see you and the rest of the VA crew there!

I've been wondering recently what my car would look like on gunmetal stockies, and this is great!

I think I might make the move and repaint my rims gunmetal.
Black on black is overplayed.

melvin, more info on the lug nuts, please. It's my understanding that aftermarket lugs are not recommended for stock wheels. Did you just paint yours?

Well the lugnuts are EBAY ($20)
They are OEM size and they are painted poorly that they are starting to chip of.
I compare them to my OEM lugnuts and they are the same size and they feel the same.

The tips are big and it looks like they tuch in some corners, they fill all the space nicely, So far I have not seen any sign of melting and I have had the exhaust for a good time. Plus I have the previous owner rear bumper with aspec kit. It sounds great i had the RV6 V2 j-pipe + test pipe combo (I am about to put in the market for sale) with AEM V2 intake and it sounded great. Also I have the MDX spacer, when the car hits VTEC its pretty loud.
I have no drome specially since my car is manual.

i think was dwb was asking was about the locking pattern....since the locking pattern is different its recommended not to use aftermarket lugs on stock rims....

on a side note i was running the lugs which came in with my enkei rims on the stock rims and it seemed fine.........

Nice car Mel! I like the subtle drop your car has. What parts were used to lower it, I am looking into lowering mine and don't know what I need to do this...
