Finally posting some pics!!!

This is my first time posting pics, I’ve been a member for some time now but never had the nerve to post pics. I would like to thank everyone here at this awesome site for all the Mod ideas and wonderful help ACRUAZINE is awesome.

Still to do: Rims, side markers, tints, and I’m not sure about a drop…..living in NJ with potholes galore is probably not a good idea…

All comments and ideas are welcomed…Thanks for looking….

before and after A-Spec install:

AEM CAI installed:

Wifey's truck with the tl creapin in the back and my buddies mazda

What part of jersey are u from?
I think a nice simple 1" drop would be ok.
Im dropped 1" on Eibachs with 19's and so far so good in NYC.

I've got the Eibach ProKit on mine. 1" drop with the 245 BFG's on Legends put the rear wheels right at the edge of the rear fender. Next set of tires will probably be 235's to give a little more room. After pics are nice. Get the rest of the mods done, then post more pics. Have you thought about painting the engine covers body color? There are a lot of AZer's thathave that done, and that sets the car off nicely.

Thanks dragonlord!
I would like to get the the plastic covers painted....it would probably make it easier to clean.
I would love to get the CF engine cover like you have .....that's carbon fiber on yours, right?

Nope. I couldn't afford the CF engine shroud. All my covers are painted NBP. I've seen pics of almost all the colors of TL engine covers, and every one of them looks outstanding. Best is probably SSM ( ), but mine are .

was it professionally done? Average, what's the price to paint the covers?

I'm going to mess around with photoshop to see what the legends look like on my car.... and I'll be pm'ng rondog

That's a nice look Leo. Are you going to debadge? It would look nicer! I have never really been a fan of the big wing on the back, but your car looks good otherwise. Like you, I gotta find me a set of good 19's!! Keep up the good work!

Thanks darksom1,

Not sure on the debadge.....I've thought about it.....

Yeah.... I have mixed feelings about the wing..... some days I like it..especially when I see a TL almost identical to mine with the lip... some days I wish I had gone with the lip.....

You guys with your sweet TL's inspyred me to start making my car more unique.....
I will go broke if I try to do all these mods at once...... lol

I feel ya...you know the thing about the wing is that it makes the TL look like it's supposed to be at Indy 500 or something. Like a sports car. But hey, look what I did to my grille right? Hahahahaha...I can't talk! But yeah, I feel like it doesn't look as smooth with a wing as with a decklid. The lines have more of a nautral flow like that.

But yeah, you'll go broke trying to keep up with the latest mods Leo. I cooled out for a little bit. I gotta save up to get some rims that will compliment the ride right!

He painted them the same time as the RJ kit was installed, so I don't know how much it would cost to do them seperately.

Leo, I missed this thread bc I was on vacation in the summer but, LOOKS REAL GOOD idk if you already have, but a drop would really bring the aspec shape out. Triton3k and dragonlord both have eibach prokit, which I love but another route you can go i with Tein HTechs, good ride, and drop is not too extreme, handling Oh and TLS tails are a must for anthra imo

Sometime I wish I got anthra

Chill..I want that! but 250

I believe thru the original seller they were in the 275-325 range, not quite sure. I paid around 250 for mine in the Black Market.

leopwr - I've learned whenever you want something, check eBay. I was just poking around there as I do from time to time to see what's going on and saw that.

dragonlord - so this one's a deal then.

That is a deal- jump on it! You won't be disappointed. I LUV my CF cover! I ONLY put it on for shows. I run the NBP covers all the other times.
