Nice job, the shop looks like they knew what they were doing, i think you did the right thing by just modding your car, instead of selling it and buying another one. I get attached to my cars and i would have done the same. Good job and your tl looks great.

I love my wing spoiler even though my car is not yet perfect just gotta get my fog lights installed, get it lowered and, get some quad ATLP exhaust, V2 jpipe, Race pipe.

I'm looking to add the type-s rear bumper to my car so I can go with quad tips next. Do you know what the part number was for your type-s rear? Did you get the aspec kit for the rear of it too and if so, what's the part number on that? It looks like it in the pics, which oddly enough is exactly what I'm looking for! Car looks great man! Now time for some more performance mods to her

another question for you... i have 04-06 chrome grille ... would the middle grille part + emblem fit on a 07-08 TL-S grille, thanks alot !

sorry bro, im not sure of the rear bumpers part# but im sure if you use the search button you will find it.
as for the rear i do have the Type-S rear A-Spec lip on there. Thanx for the compliment.

im not too sure but if im not mistaken the 04-06 middle grill with the emblem might fit on the Type-S but, i think the 'A" in the middle is alittle bit smaller on the 04-06 model.

Yeah i would save alittle maybe if i would of got wdp from the get go but, not by trading my AM in. I think it was worth it because i think im the only one with WDP paint and CAMEL interior.

looks fantastic!! question, how did you take off the hood piece part, the middle part of the grill, and the lowe "v" shaped part of the grill? I'm looking to change the color. Also, can I buy the honeycomb grill and have everything still fit? I have an 05 TL

i used an 8mm socket and wrench once you remove all the bolts you need to use alittle force because there is a clip in the middle as, for the middle part i removed the bumper to access the bolts which was easier since i was already gonna swap out the bumpers. For the V shaped part i never took it off the old bumper because i ended up buying the type-s chrome one and i installed that one on the new bumper.

You might be able to get away with swapping out the honey comb grill with just a little modification but im not too sure. i dont think that there the same size, i believe the honey comb grill is bigger.

damn thats hot. my TL is paid off too and I want to repaint my car. so many rock chips on mine. if i do paint mines i'll probably go flat black or maybe a non-factory color like red.
