Talking Finally Got My Volks.

After about 3 weeks of delima, I finally picked up my wheels. Seeing MugenR's pics just made my decision easier.. My choices were between these and Volk Progressive TE's.

Where did you buy them from? Wheel Options in El Monte?

How do you like the Dunlops?

Yes, I got them from Wheel options. Only place I found that had the wheels in stock. Every where else I inquired told me I would have to order them and wait 2-3 months. Oh.. price was the best out of all of them too...

I haven't really push the car yet with these dunlops, so I'm not sure performance wise yet, but the fit, ride smoothness, etc.... all feels good.

Looks hot and do you have any rubbing issues in the rear with your 35mm offset with 245's??? How much clearance do you have in the rear wheel well now?

Not feeling them at all. They look like 19 inch versions of the A-spec wheels.

The wheels look very different in the light (vs. MugenR's nighttime shots).

Looks nice though. I bet it would look sweet on an Anthracite TL.

no rubbing issues yet.. I've only had 2 ppl max in the car, so we'll see when I have a car with full load. I have about 1/2 inch clearance....

lot of people like the black on black looks, but I went with the gunmetal because it gives more contrast. I'm sure MugenR can agree... Pictures don't do justice. You have to see them in person on a sunny day right after a car wash.

actually, they are already tinted. 50% driver and pass side front, 35% rear and back windows.. I don't like the limo look, but I do want UV protection for the interior...

I have no idea.. maybe MugenR can answer that question. I do know that Volks make lighter rims than most other companies out there.
