Few quick night pics at Car Wash, SSM

Just washed the car, decided to take a few pics at the car wash. I apologize up front, I'm no photographer and the pics are taken with my iphone4.

Don't know how big they look to you but the fill the whole area, couldn't go any bigger unless i shave away some of the bumper and I wasn't willing to do that at all

Nice car but I dont understand how people manage to take such crummy shots with their iPhone4. I have an iPhone4 and some pics I have taken with it turned out downright amazing. Maybe its all in the lighting I dont know. Anyway nice looking car but a couple things. Those exhaust tips just arent right for that size opening. What I personally would have done would either find a pair of OEM Type S mufflers which have amazing tips that fit perfectly, or left them stock base TL tips. From the pics it appears there is like 6" of space above the tips. Also just wondering what is that thing above your drivers side front side marker light? Im hoping thats not a Type S badge ;-) BTW, that brake kit looks nice on there with a silver car. What brakes did you put on that thing?

i really like the car overall, you've done some good things. but i agree that in the first pic the exhaust tips look wack. too low and too thin is how i would put it. way too low actually, they look like they are hanging down. and if thats a type S badge that really needs to go. c'mon why do that. respect the brand. it's probably not a type S badge tho (giving benefit of doubt).

Those tips dont look like the quad tips that most of us have on the forum. They look smaller. Heres mine for reference:

BTW, is that the flagship of Clopper RD, Gaithersburg?

I really like the way you pulled off the wheels. Dropped, red calipers, etc. Looks nice!

Thanks for all the comments fellas and it isn't a type S badge, I'm a former Marine and it's a Marine emblem I put there to represent my old unit. Yea I agree my tips are sitting a little to low but couldn't bring them up any further cuz like I said before the tips would have rubbed against the bumper, probably will end up looking for something else in the near future. Thanks again fellas....

Thanks for all the compliments on the brakes fellas but like I had said in a previous post, they are merely caliper covers. I put them on to see if I wanted to paint my calipers or spend the big bucks and buy Brembo's so a buddy of mine gave me the covers and put them on for me so I can see what they would look like. Problem is now I get a lot of compliments on the covers, lol...... Probably will end up going with the real Brembo's soon after I replace my tips again...

I agree with you that they hang too low but it's as high as I could get them without them touching the bumper, I'm going to change them out when I find a nicer set, they are actually sitting 2" below but no matter what, it's 2" too much, thanks for your comments

Many people had them welded without hitting the bumper.
