Nothing big, but had fun getting the little packages in the mail and then adding....
...chrome insert for door handles and chrome center caps....

Next, painting calipers black, new pads, turning rotors and painting the bases.
I want to do something with the upper grille too. Not sure yet.

I got those same strips for the lower grill as well, but they don't last. It's been a few months and they've started to peel and parts of the chrome now looks dull and wrinkly in spots. Pretty bad.

I think I may be able to find a more durable strip at homedepot. I'll give a heads up if I come across anything.

yeah i think that stuff is just the door edge guard you can pick up for 2-3 bucks at an auto parts store.

i used wheel well molding on my stratus R/T for the grill, it held on great until i hit a deer, then i put it back on and I've had no problems, like 15 bux for a whole roll. i got some extra pieces around i might try out on the TL when i get it. it has 3 M sticky tape on the back

Just a question How much did you pay Ebay for the chrome strips. Becuase i spent a total of $12 at Discount Auto and i have enough to do another 3 Tl's lol

Both sets for the door handes and lower grille were about $15 shipped each.

Yea after I bought the strip sets I saw like 20 foot of chrome molding in Autozone
for like $15. Of course its thicker so it wouldnt look right in the door handles and
you would have to cut it to fit everywhere. Plus one end of the door handle strips
is tappered to "sink" into the groove better.

Im still OK with the buy.

No, I like it. Plus the other ones were all chipped. I was thinking about putting a
red or black Acrua decal in the center of each.
