Some of you may have followed my for sale posts and I am now happy (and sad) to say that my TL-S is sold and the new owner will be by tonight to pick it up. This TL-S has been an amazing car and have loved every minute behind the wheel of it. It looks like its going to a good home and also to someone who is now an azine forum member. These forums have been a HUGE help and also a great forum just to BS or kill time. I would not be surprised if one day im back on these forums with another Acura

Well the reason I sold the TLS is because it was too expensive to have the Type S and the Z06. So my decision was to sell the TLS and get a cheaper daily driver that I can pay cash for. I replaced the Type S with a 00 Lexus ES300 Platinum Series (ok go ahead and flame me lol). I went with that because they are super reliable with that old 3.0 V6 and pretty much run forever. After test driving a few I was amazed at how comfortable and smooth driving the car was. Its no Type S but I think its a lot of car for the money. If I wanna go fast and have fun I take the Z06.

Here are two of my favorite pics of the cars..... It was sad to see the S driving away with someone else behind the wheel. It was the right thing for me to do though.

 

Take the Z06 for a spin. Should get rid of any sadness you may have.

On a side note, having the opportunity to own both a Z06 and a TL-S before you're 30 is pretty damn cool

 

Its sad to hear that you are getting rid of you Type-S, but at least you still have the Vette

Hi all, just wanted to introduce myself and that I was the person who came and purchased the car. I joined the forum recently to learn more about the car. The car is in great shape, you can definitely tell it was well taken car of and I will continue to do so going forward.

 

Your a lucky guy to have gotten a car from him, someone who took great care of the TL. Welcome to Azine and keep us all updated on whats going on with the car, and take care of it!

You shouldnt be at all, the white is a very clean color and quite sexy when it is clean.

For sure James, the last meet that I was telling you about some fellow AZ members told me there are monthly meets in the chicagoland area. Im going to try to make it to one soon.
