Okay so i put on the a-spec lip kit today and i must say i love the look it gives the car, completely changes it. Me and my friend started around 1 and took our time and finished around 7:45.

I really must say she's came a long way and the progress was quicker then i assumed. As for mods in the future, the oem window visors are on the way, and a black vinyl for the roof. then i'm gonna chilllllll for a little while...possibly an intake in the future, and highly doubtful but maybe an exhaust as well.

I have a question, how much could i sell the side skirts for? i dont need em anymore.

 

Hope you can make it out . If the side skirts are in great shape i'd say you could prob get $100. Not too sure what people are selling them for though that is just a guess.

looks great! btw, is there a gap in the front aspec lip on top or is that just a shadow?

 

Judging by this pic...

and this pic...

...it doesn't look like your rear A-Spec lip isn't mounted correctly. It needs to be about an inch higher all the way around. The side edges of the rear lip should be almost perfectly even with the horizontal seam where the rear bumper meets the rear quarter panel.

 

yeah i can see what you mean, but when i was in the accident we were having trouble on the left side getting it mounted correctly because in that accident where my car was hit, he broke some of the inside materials that helps mount it, eventually with assistance from his father we got it right, it might be a lil mis aligned but its nothing im not to worried about. i still love the way it looks!

 

there is a slight slight gap in the lip on the top. not something that bothers me because from a distance it looks fine, only when your up close you can notice it lol and its very slight not even half a inch.
we were browsing the forums for DIY but we couldn't open up the files that taught you how so we had to go off the threads with DIY.

 

Don't worry, it does look great. We're just nitpicking. I went out and snapped a pic of mine, and it actually doesn't look too much different than yours:

 

yeah mine actually looks like the placement is just about the same i might be a little lower. but thats cause the piece where the rear body goes over was loose. since that asshole hit my car when i was at school... the asshole moved it 3 spaces!

yea the rear aspec is a lil lower its easy to fix when i installed mine it was the same way and i hat to re adjust it and it fits much better now... im sure u will get around to it one day
