dontTL'em'nothing procrastination progress thread

I wish i can pretty it up for all of you guys/gals from start to finish but im not the best when it comes to taking pictures of new mods. Some pics arent needed i guess since we all know what some parts are and how they look lol.

Well I guess the story starts with my old honda prelude. It was a 1992 honda prelude si 4ws. It was swapped with a jdm h224 with lsd tranny, basic bolt ons i/h/e. It was a blast to drive until I totalled it.

Notice how the last picture the dodge doesnt even have any damage other than a flat tire. We both made it out ok no injuries just stunned.

So after that i was car shopping. I could have sealed a good deal on a 94 twin turbo mazda rx7 but i had to be responsible and get a family car for my soon to be born daughter.

Eventually i picked up a 2005 nbp acura tl with 100k. milage wasnt a big factor as i can do most of my own maintenance.

a few days after pickup i washed, waxed, clayed and debadged. I been considering putting the badges back on since when i took them off it looks its been resprayed. It has pitting/etching outlining the emblems. Have tried waxing/buffing to see if it will help, it will need to be filled and resprayed.

Since then I have installed:
interior leds
RV6 V3 Jpipe
Aspec base kit(should have went with type s rear)
Accord fogs
Blackvue dash cam
HT Spec F&F Type with CT RSB and Moog Endlinks
Type S Rear side markers
Type S Trunk lid spoiler
Recaro Baby Seat

and most recently
Work VS-XX 18x9 +47 225/40 18x10 +45 235/40 paired with Work RS Black lugs

First and foremost you either love or you hate it plain and simple. The color has actually grown on me, when i bought them i comtemplated painting but had to see them in person first to make that decision.

Secondly yea it could use just a bit moar low, but I DD this car with a 2 year old so comfort is a must. Although i may lower it to either a finger closest to no gap. Right now it sits about 2 finger gap all around. No fender work has been done yet.

I do have plans to do more simple mods but nothing big as im trying to save for a house. Excuse the last few pics by the way i know its dirty lol

Comments welcome.

Sorry figured out the issue and couldnt fix it in time before the 15 min time limit. All pics are in the order i originally posted above. if a mod could fix or merge into OP that would be great and if a mod wants to PM me i can help explain how to correctly get photos to show up that are linked to Flickr.

Moar low, wheel spacers, CLEAR headlights with blue shrouds, and some custom taillights.. and your ride would look DOPE. I'm personally diggin' the blue VSXX's on your NBP. Sweet contrast.

Yea i was hoping the blue would be darker. The lip is what makes things hard to work with as there isnt anything else that is polished on the car. I even though about painting the lip to match the face, but for now im just gunna rock em as is.

Those are all future plans. I will actually be doing some work to the headlights during easter break, doing a clear/blacked out with zkw-r lens swap and lens restoration. Spacers are also likely, tails ill probably just settle for the type s.

Lately I been finding myself looking at the drop everytime i get in and get out saying to myself " i dont think im low enough" but as stated above i need to be comfortable enough for my daughter as i dont need to give her brain damage lol.

No I just think it clashes with your red tails and amber diffuser. Maybe if you black them out (the proper way) it might flow better?
