difference in 05' tl intake and 08' tls intake?

difference in 05' tl intake and 08' tls intake?
Can anyone tell me the difference in an 05' tl factory intake and an 08'? They are different part #'s. Are they interchangeable? Also the type s is same as a base- correct?
