You are compairing a TL with modified brakes (rotors)...with a Inifinity whos calipers are at the same angle as the TL?
This is all a byproduct of the R&D of a car...that angle just happens to be the best performing location for the car...no copying

the TLS ones look a bit more meatier and have anice logo behind it rather than infiniti written in small letters. Also the TLS one makes the car look much more sportier than the G

I'd rather have the Infinity Disc with our Caliper - 13.0" vs our 12.2". They've got 13.0" on the back too.
IMHO, the TL looks "sportier" in the pics above because of the mods - AM wheels, slotted rotor and drop. Do that to the G and it'll look "sportier" too.

They are both made by Brembo i'm pretty sure; they were on the last G and Z.. so if by copy you mean did both of them contract with Brembo to make the high performance brakes, then yes.. only I think the G w/ brembos was out before the 3G TL..

^^ While that may be true, in the pic shown, the G has a 1-Piston sliding caliper and the TL has a 4-pistion fixed caliper (in addition to the difference in rotor size).
I don't see any way in the world somebody calls that a "copy".

Yep. I posted the '07 G35 Sedan specs. So we're both right in our own way.
Point is, in either case, it is not a "copy" of the TL Brakes.
