The Raptor Kits are on sale right now for $25, and their HID bulbs are on sale for $10/set. Just bought a set of 6k bulbs the other day.

Are these completely plug and play right out of the box?

Does it come with everything you need for install?

i bought the 6k D2S for my headlight, they had it the other day for $10 a pair, i bought 2 just in case i have to deal with the warranty. one word. AMAZING . they look really good, at first they will see blueish but give them at few day and they turn pure white. i have 6k combo for both.

any idea putting 3k on the 9006 bulbs. i saw a tl with those light on in the morning and they looked amazing.

A side question, is the 55W safe for the 04-06 and 07-08 foglight housings?
Do that at your own risk. Reason the DDM stuff is so cheap is because they fill orders with whatever they recieve from China that is the cheapest. i.e.; 35w, not 55w bulbs with 55w ballasts. Put underrated bulbs on with high rated ballasts and you're shit will melt within a few days, if not catch on fire. This is exactly why I spend money on my kits. Have had 4 on all different cars I've owned, longest one lasted me 2 years, and thats only because I sold my RSX after and next car wasn't H1 so I sold it lol.

Dumb question, but for my in-headlight fogs on an 06 TL, I need the 9006 kit, correct?

Reason I ask is because the HIDextra lady said that 04-05 TL headlights are different than 06. And that 04-05 are the ones that take the 9006. Didn't seem right to me. I thought the headlights were all the same from 04-06. Regardless, do I order the 9006 kit for my 06 in-headlight fogs?

Thanks!

yea i have kaixen 6000k bulbs in my headlights, a DDM tuning 6000k HID kit for my lower fogs, switchback turn signals, everything matches great!

As far as the DDM tuning HID kits go, ive had mine for awhile and havent had any issues at all. Its got to be getting close to a year ive had it. The price is amazing and install is VERY easy!

Been running DDM kits for awhile no problems 55W and 35W and I run the 55W kit with different bulbs not just from DDM most HID bulbs run with 55W no problem.

Here is a pic of my OEM ballasts with 6000K DDM bulbs & ZKW-R lenses

i was just wondering,
i have a 2005 TL and as you may know the foglights are right next to the lowbeam projector.

if i get a 35w 3000k kit, will it overpower the stock oem 4300k lights? as in... if im in the drivers seat, will i see yellow all over? or just yellow on the left and right corners?

im at work so my work computer doesnt allow me to see some pictures. my apologies if it has already been posted.

the upper fogs are 9006,
the lower fogs are h8?

Should i use 55w or 35w, in know the color is slight different depending on the wattage.

55w is brighter but you may need to run a relay harness for it.

55w 8000K looks like 6000K 35w

for those who ordered DDMtuning kit, how long did it take for your kit to get to you? Reason I ask is I placed an order last week on 4-16-2010 and they already charged my card and its already 4-21-2010 and I still haven't received any shipping details? Also when I call them it always says "inbox full." Anyone know of contacting them?

It takes about 2-3 days for it to ship out and then ground takes about 7 business days so roughly 10 business days.

I sat on hold for 45 mins today in order to get someone to pick up and tell me my item shipped today...12 days after I bought it... I emailed twice as well. Not the best customer service I've seen. We will see how the product actually is...

I notice they have a "shipping ticker" on their page and my order # is still about 1000 order number from it so I guess it still far. I just wish they updated me about my order instead of going around looking for answers or atleast charge me when my order ships and not the other way around.
