i love the drop. i have the same wheels. i want the same drop as you but i have an automatic... should i drop it on the 3rd perch all around or do the 2nd in the front like yours. i know auto is a lil heavier in the front....

No dude dooooooonnnntttt remove your tint. The law is ALMOST gonna be passed in IL where you are allowed to have 35% on the fronts. Then again maybe yours is darker than that but I just got tint put on mine. I dont live in the city thak god but no hassles yet.

I also forget to mention. I noticed your tinter left that strip un-tinted on your back rear door windows. That would drive me nuts. I know a very good tinter in Naperville that will re-do your two small windows for 40 bucks and do it the right way. PM me if your interested.

thanks bro....i would drop it on the 2nd perch all around. or u can do the 2nd perch up front and 3rd perch in the rear for the "raked" look. (sometimes i carry small equipment in my trunk for djing purposes hence i left it on the 3rd perch)

haha...too late bro. already stripped the front tints. too much money as chicago authorities are some d*cks. anyway, suspension is the neuspeed supercupkit with sport springs. it currently sits on the 2nd perch up front and 3rd perch in the rear. Ride is stiffer than stock but not harsh. 19s can make it a lil bumpy around chicago on certain roads but its tolerable. do remeber that you can soften the ride with the koni shocks!

can you send me your tint guy info.. got mine done the other day and i seen that a lot of the TLs do not have them completely tinted in the back and i was told its a pain to deal with.. so he cut to the size of the window instead of tucking it under.

also, having some scratching issues? anyone else experience this? i saw a few other forums and mentioned that the felt should be replaced.. do you know if your panels were taken off when tints were put on???

OP made this thread like a year ago, it's just been revived. the law changed in nov '09. he COULD put 35 fronts on now. he could ALSO redo his quarter windows, but that has nothing to do with the law. haha. i love this car though. other than the tint, i think its just about perfect.
