Just got my lights back from getting the JNC special touch. These were a real labor of love for both me and JNC and I have to give him a big thanks for doing such an awesome job on these babies. I also have to thank mmade22 once again for doing all the wiring and helping me pull the lights out and put them back in....thanks Jon for your constant willingness to help!

Sweet, must be something with the camera as they do link a bit pinkish but in reality they are red as a monkey's bumhole.

I really want to know what people that put those on their cars are thinking. Demon eyes are terrible.

I wish my Type-S headlights had the clear diffusers in it... When you did blackout v2 did you have to ask him to leave the diffusers in or did he just leave them there for you?

 

take off the red acura inlays...yikes. i know you're trying to highlight the red but it just doesn't look good. if you want the eyes as your center piece of the front, you need to take attention away from the lower bumper instead of the eyes. just my opinion..maybe think about it

black looks good on our color as a subtle touch. but its your car, anything to make you happy!

Jesse, the lights do look pink with that crap ass camera you have. Bring the car over tonight and I will get some better shots to really show how nice these things are. They even look great with the lights off and the red circles around the lights. The red acura inlay is just part of the red theme he has going on with the rest of the car. It make sense after you see the rest of it!

 

Those do look pretty sick. I personally would've done the angel eye mod instead, but I can appreciate the red, it looks cool as hell.

Thanks Morrissey, i am really pleased with how they look.

My camera is a POS, so they do have a pinkish hue to them. I can assure you that they are red as hell and look great. I will have a phot shoot coming up soon with someone whos camera is legit and will get some better pics up soon!

I have said it before and I will say it again...opinons are like assholes, everyone has one and they all stink...and right now my friend yours is spewing hot diarrhea everywhere. While this forum is a great way for everyone to share their thoughts, ideas and opinons I feel like your comment is uncalled for and frankly pretty dumb. This is just me, but I would never rag on someone for a mod that I didn't agree with, instead just keep my mouth shut, put it on my list of mods NOT to do and move onto the next thread. But, hey if I was 24 and had 2,700 posts I would feel like I could cut people down to.

Thanks for the comments! I actually asked JNC as a special request to leave my diffusers in. He had explained to me that the blackout V2 service usually requires the diffusers to be taken out. He was gracious enough to fulfill my request.

I have passed roughly 6 police cars with them on, on one occasion I was at a stop light with a cop directly in front of me in the oncomming lanes. No issues yet

Sounds like someone is bitter that Daddy didn't buy him a Type-S. I have a red theme all over the car but mostly under the hood. The car came with the center caps and "ACURA" on the bumper painted in red. I decided to build off the theme.

I will keep everyone posted if I have any dealings with the PD. Jon and I did hook up and independent switch(06 accord fog light switch) so If I see a cop coming at me I will be able to turn them off quickly if I need to.

 

521 is a popular rd for TL spottings! I was on the way back from the gym and i heard a rumble on the other side of the saab that was beside me. Sure enough it was the sound of your ATLP! Car sounded and looked great Jesse. I was mad i didnt get a chance to see the headlights as i could only see the rear of your sexy ass TL.

 

i have to say before reading that they were red and not pink this scared me a bit haha. the job looks clean as hell. cant wait to see the night shots. im new to charlotte too, so hopefully i will see you around sometime.
