Completed A-spec body kit!!

I installed the front lip last March and I finally got around to ordering the rest of the kit last week and installed it this morning. I love the new look now

Thanks! Installed it with a buddy this morning. Yeah your write-up had some good tips/ pics. The job isn't hard at all and it definitely is recommended that you have another person help you out. Other than that, we just followed the instructions and everything worked out. I did not drill that 10mm hole that they were talking about...didn't seem like it was needed.

Blue96813- You can get the kit from TIM @ Hondacuraworld.com for $799 if the group buy deal is still going. If not, it regularly goes for $835.

Hey i've got my aspec installed today too. I picked up an aspec kit in silver for 780 canadian and got it painted to royal blue. Also i got it installed at the shop too, however there is this piece of plastic in the front lip. The guy told me it came with the kit so he left it in there. can someone tell me if i can take that plastic out?

That's the rubber gasket that fits between the spoiler and the bumper. I wonder if it comes in different color depending upon the spoiler color like a black rubber for darker colors. Mine is WDP so the white rubber doesn't show as much.

I told you that the 10MM hole for those stupid brackets didn't need to be drilled. The bracket itself fits nicely. Well congrats again!

This is the side shot of my TL, it is obvious that i have the front and rear A-Spec kt, but i just noticed that it looks like i do NOT have the side skirts.......

Which appears to be very odd...

Take a look at it and let me know what in the Hell is going on?

Does anyone know if i can just buy the side skirts?

let me know

Desper

That's weird..you definitely don't have the side skirts. You can buy them from TIM @ Hondacuraworld.com

Desper, I think your car looks great without the side skirts. If I were to get the kit, I'd probably do it up like you (even if you didn't do it like that on purpose).

I will but it will be a while - has to get much warmer here, have to install my fogs first, TLS grill next, then I can put the lip on. I'm not taking any chances but putting it on unless it's warm enough to cure that damn 3m tape.
