OK ive been checking out some posts for Grill mods and the best mod up to now is the second pic you see here, especially on a NBP, i was wondering if anyone can photoshop this pic and get those silver trims in the center grill in anthracite color but kepping the middle trim black? I think it would look alot better and would get alot of ppl working on it

If you're talking about the hood trim molding and the v-shaped molding that borders the bumper and grill, there are a number of companies out there that will chrome it for you. Here's one: Chrome Pros Plating

Unfortunately I don't have hi-res shots on this series. I'll have to ask my buddy, the photographer. The only hi-res shots I have are the ones I took myself, but obviously they don't come up like these.

Here's the link to the rest of the photos. They were taken back in Summer of 2006 in San Diego.

No i dont want to chrome those parts , i only wanted to ask someone who has photoshop skills to put those peices in Anthracite color instead of silver and to leave the middle peice in black like it is already on the pic, i really think it would look good if it was in anthracite , will also match up with the anthracite peices in the a-spec lips

I see. Sorry for the misunderstanding. I didn't quite get what you were trying to say at first. I might see if I can mess with it a little later on, if someone doesn't beat me to it.

I had a little time to kill at work today, so check it:

I'm not sure if I "nailed" the anthracite color, but I can always change it if need be. You can get a basic idea by this picture, though, I think.

i think its way to light compared to the anthracite peice on the front and rear a-spec lips, but i think my idea is really looking good, if you want to try another attempt, post the pics bigger so we can take a better look

thanks

Something is going on with my FTP, so if that picture isn't showing up, go here: http://www.nisene.com/images/tl_images/anthracite2.jpg and just keep refreshing until it shows up. Sometimes it's there and sometimes it isn't.

I could sure try. Please give me a color sample of the specific anthracite you'd like to see (like in a link or a picture) and I'll give it a whirl.

I just removed a few posts in the TL Picture threads.

I'm bumping this thread so people are aware that all comments need to go here and not within those threads.

Please read the rules before posting. There is also a limit as to how many pictures you can post.

Thank you.

Is that a manual with those GT-C's? What width and offset do you have with the Volk GT-C? Pretty low. What did you do? Just curious, thats all.

If you see your posts in the picture threads mysteriously disappear its because I am deleting them.

It proves to me that you are not reading the thread rules.

I cant believe I keep having to repeat this. But some of you just dont seem to get it...

READ THE RULES IN THE FIRST POST BEFORE YOU POST A PICTURE OF YOUR TL.

ALL COMMENTS POST IN THIS THREAD OR PM THE MEMBER IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS

puppit since you cant receive PM's I will warn you here.

I could not of made it more clear in the first post of each picture thread to post comments in this thread.

So from this point forward:

first offense = you will get one warning
second time you do it = a week ban from the site.
