Boosejars '07 NBP Progress Thread
i'm telling you man - it is a good feeling, the wife and I are trying to buy a house, so one less payment is huge, and we're going to work a hardcore plan to be debt free by the end of the year (credit card is mainly the last debt) to put us in good running to begin looking early next year.
I still have the NSX (NA1 or NA2) fund going too
one day, one day...

Haven't been on in a while - figured I would post a few shots - had a friend of mine do a shoot on the car - here are a few pics from it - he still has more to send me
loving how these first few turned out - can't wait to see the rest!

ok so I just went thru yuer entire thread for like the 2nd time haha, so my question is how is the VHT Burnt Orange holding up?? I had the same exact color all over my Element SC and never had any issues. I did the same to the TL and it didn't stay on long at all before it start to crumble up. Now I'm going to have to go back and sand it all off and think of what went wrong? In my head the color scheme is going to have that burnt copper in the calipers and headlights so the plastic engine covers ties it all together

I'm curious about your wheel specs. 18x10 +25 in the front with a 245? What is your camber? Im running 18x9 +30 with near -1 and still rubbing and it looks like your around the same height as me and I'm rolled lol. I was going to change to 225s so I can go lower. Do you have any issues with rubbing
thanks buddy!

So you might be lower than me. I'll re-measure my ground to fender height again to check...
nice man! yea that all makes sense. I still need to play around with mine to get it perfect as I do have all the kits so I need to fine tune each side.... I think thats the diff is you have a slight pull! i had to dial in like -3.5 in the rear to get it to fit. 18x9 +25 on a 235 and it hasn't rubbed once but the front I'm getting chewed apart. Might switch to 225s lol

they are rolled totally flat is the thing lol... gonna have to do 225s I guess. Plus I kinda dig that stretched look over the meat personally. But I actually came back in here to look at those pics again. Fuck those are serious pics man Love them
i like stretch too - i get worried about the outer wheel edge being exposed without the buffer of the outer tread - but 225 on a 9" will be a baby stretch - like a .25" difference, should look pretty good! Keep me posted bro.
Here are some photos from Simply Clean down in Daytona - this is most of the Acuras

I'm kind of in the same boat, I can appreciate the build - and the time it takes to get the fitment just right, but just not my thing, I rather have more functionality in my set up!
Yes one of the biggest turn outs to date - and they do a pretty good job too, for moving traffic through, and getting people parked...etc..i do enjoy the show!
I would say, i don't mind the fender to lip fitments, and offsets - but the overly used negative camber is not my spot o'tea. I'm okay with -7, maybe up to -10 - anything more than that - too much for me. But i still respect the builds...
