DAMN those are dark! Closer pictures with a better quality camera would help as well. Did you have any problems with dripping?

as soon as i get my digital back ill take better pics...and no i didnt have any problems with dripping. i just took my time and did like 3 coats of black and about 10 coats of clear. i actually used black semi gloss krylon fusion, worked great and dried super fast with the light coats. still need to buff to gloss but right now it looks great. and yes they LOOK dark but at night lights shine through perfect!

looks pretty good. i've found the trick is to be very liberal with the clear. after some light coats a few thick, close coats makes it really shine! i'd like to see someone tint a design into the light. that would be cool.
