but since i hit a deer a couple weeks ago and it took off the plate anyway...it gives me an excuse to leave it off...plates on my windsheild for 3 weeks now and still havent gotten stopped yet. touch wood

its a 00 accord, its my cousin but i completely agree with you lol, they are ugly, i tell him that everyday but he got it for 800 shipped with tires and everything, so he got a pretty good deal

Well, I woulda kept the tires and found some different rims. He only got a good deal if the tires are worth $200 a piece... if he paid ANYTHING for those rims, he paid too much.

How hard was it to clear your front turn signal(s)? Think it would look crazy to do that and just put some chrome bulbs that light up yellow then so when off looks hot, and at night when on, looks stock?

your TL is one of the nicest on the board, its subtle and so sleak, those rims were probably the best investment you ever made for your car IMO

i personally have LED front turn signals, but the chrome bulbs would work just fine

to clear them you just have to have the guts to put the light housing into the oven and bake it.

one of them does have a small leak, which i have to redo, but the other one is fine. i lost my patience doing the first one and it leaked lol

Do you happen to have any pics with your parking lights on and/or blinker? I just want to see how it looks with the LED because I know they dont reflect as good because they are basicly directional.

the led bulbs i got they have 9 facing front, and 6 that goes around on the side of the bulb, its still not as bright but i get light just like a real bulb

it doesnt really matter if you mess up, you just have to reheat it and seal it, you really dont have to buy a new housing.
