GORGEOUS car, I love how you've made it look meaner and amazing but kept a lot of the stock features like the tails and headlights. It's perfection.
thank you. might do a little work on the headlights as a project but i like the tails how they are stock.

after having done this a few times, I can promise you, there is nothing like a factory sealed headlight and yours look superb the way it is.

I would be VERY surprised if it was inside, my friend...the hazing can be very deceiving...it's normally on the outside...wetsand with 3000 grit and compound/polish and protect. I love the look of your car as is.

when I re-sealed my headlights I completely covered the exposed seam with rtv black gasket sealer. 2 years later I have had no leaks whatsoever. I used a rubber glove and spread the gasket sealer with my finger.

the one thing I would avoid is adding angel eyes or LED strips inside your lights that could burn out because then you'll have to open them up/seal again!

FWIW, I used gloss black vinyl on my grill and it has quite a few rock chips at this point. I used to have to park outside at work and I think the sun was not good for the vinyl either.

Looks good on Rockstar because he is 04-06.
On Type-S, DRL is also round and I belive it's not a cap around it, it's like a clear plastic or glass...

Is he going to paint that also? Just one circle being painted to blue might look odd.

Biggie what are you thinking of your second color? If blue...than I would deff. remove the amber cover on the signals...maybe even clear the backlights. But dark ones...not like base 07-08.

Edit: Actually DRL also has caps around it. Clear plastic starts after the cap.
But I don't know, 2 caps being painted might look bad.

Or
Don't touch the rear, just make the caps red, remove that orange thing. Add red lugs to wheel...wohoooo

^Putting angel eyes after painting the covers?
And do you like angel eyes? I mean to me its kind of ricey...

well for his TL let me say...because it's is pure and nice
not too many stuff on the car

and putting angels like bimmer...
naah I would stay away from it

Your car could take angel eyes...well maybe better if LED's like Steven
Since you gave a narrow and straight look to the headlight.

i thought of angel eyes before, i think they look good on our car. im just worried if they burn out and something, dont want to keep opening and sealing the headlights.

gunmetal is one of my color choices but idk if it would stand out enough. might just black out the inside.

I agree with you....well i feel the same way, angel eyes belong to BMW and led's on AUDI....

also i dont think many cars will be able to pull off the blue ring....i was just putting out some options out there incase someone things differently
