Sup Al, where you been? I thought you was "stillhere"? Don't you miss your Type-S yet? Congrats on the baby.
AD-TL, I still have the A-Specs. They were on the BM awhile. I got a few decent offers and almost sold em.......but then I reconsidered. They looks so good to sell at that price. I am going to throw some fresh rubber on them and use them as winter wheels.
odishaw, I redid my headlights 2 months ago. I just never put a thread up about it. Yep those are amber LEDs that run across and work as turn signals. I have switchbacks in there too. Switchbacks don't have great visibility in the daytime particularly from the sides without the diffuser. These really help and can be seen from all angles, not to mention they look great. Got the idea from free598. I left the angel-eyes in there too. I have 48LED switchbacks in there this time. This will definitely be the last time I open them headlights!
I'm going to go lower just to get them lookin right, but first things first, gotta roll those fenders....
I nabbed those wheels just in time. Thanks to fizz for giving me dibs! Thanks for all the compliments again guys!

Got the fenders rolled and wheels are on.....Car rides GREAT. I was expecting it to be a lot more harsh but it feels even more comfy than my A-Specs and maybe not as comfy as the stockies. Yeah, yeah before you guys start telling me, I KNOW I have to go another .25" lower. I'll do it soon. I also put in my P2R spacer today. Going to put that crank pulley on too soon. Got a whole new car now!!
OK kids, here we go a few more pics. I am not going to go pic happy yet, I'll get some D-SLR pics later for that, (wish fizz did that shoot with these shoes on!) these are just some teasers to let you know how it looks like on AM.
And to answer the question about my new headlight mod....Here is how it looks with the parking lights:
And how it looks with the signals on:
Strip is nice and visible from all angles

I'm so glad you bought that camera Faiz!
I'm happy to see these wheels move from one good member to another good member.

BTW I got a few PMs about fender rolling. For you NY guys:
I was originally going to have Rodney do it because I trust him. I was impatient and went for this shop because I rarely get days off and who knows how long I would be staring at this rims in my garage.
I went to Speedworld, 596 Sunrise Highway, Baldwin NY (516) 771-2525. Honestly I took a risk with this shop. The owner is a complete bonafide DICK. He had a tough hardcore attitude......He said "Listen if the paint cracks or whatever I am not responsible, I don't wanna hear it, it's not my problem. I am just covering my ass!" I said hey if you do it right that shouldn't happen, are you sure you guys know how to do this? And he laughs saying I have XX yrs. of experience yada yada, I'm just saying if there is bodywork or bondo under there, it's not my problem. My car has never been in an accident. Guess he doesn't like someone asking him too many questions. Not to mention he was probably annoyed that I was not in the least intimidated with his attitude, I just kept cool. I almost walked out of there but I wanted them rolled just as bad, lol.
Then I saw the guy who was rolling them didn't use a heat gun. He said it was a warm day and didn't need it and the paint can bubble up. I told him that is what keeps the paint from cracking and you need to heat it at least 200 degrees or so, paint won't bubble at that temp. These guys are lazy and don't like being told what to do or how to do it. I was hoping I wouldn't pay a price for being impatient.
In the end though all turned out fine and I payed $75+ tax to get the rears done. If you could wait try to get Rodney to do it. Otherwise these guys can do it as a walk-in, the work is fine but don't expect service with a smile, lol.
