I saw theese in person on a Blacked on Jetta. they looked nice on the Jetta but i dont think they fit the tls style. Some rims just look better on some cars. OP if you have a lot of mods on your TL you should post pics so we can see/ photoshop it on your set up. It may make a difference if your tl is not stock.

Just like Black wheels w/ chrome lip will look better on NBP than DMM

not QUITE a knockoff, but a cheap imitation of the GramLights 57s Pro..the real deal is made by Rays (Volk) and a lot of people would be singing a different tune if they seen the Rays sticker...personally, i think the real versions would be dope, but only on wdp...i actually just sold a set in 6 lug..heres a pick of the ones i had.

OP: I've seen the wheels on a white S2k and they weren't too bad...but probably not the best choice on a TL. GL though; do what you want.
