ump no. I do not like red caliper unless it came from the factory that way like those can be found on the new stingray. I like black is better they hide the brake dust better instead of paint the rear you can buy a RDX caliper cover to make your rear looks more classy.

It will look great! Try to color match the car's color. The red lugs will set them off too.

It's not a bad idea, however, I would use your time and resources towards other things like the A-Spec kit

I just sold my MRP Type S so im familiar with the color. I personally would leave the front alone and add rear RDX caliper covers to match. Not sure what interior color yours has, but mine was black and the all red and black theme is perfect IMO.
Here is a picture of mine with the rear RDX caliper covers. I know its all personal taste, but im not digging those red lug nuts either as I feel those aren't something that should be paint matched, but thats just me.
