I'm not sure how I feel about the matte black. It looks like the clear coat disappeared

As long as you are happy with it, that's all that matters

I think it's the sunroof's glass shine contrasting with the remaining area of the roof, giving you that impression.

But hey, as long as OP is satisfied with it! Think on the bright side, if whenever OP ever decides to change his mind, its not hard to make it gloss himself.

Interesting way on how the cutout is for the XM antenna. Not a big fan of matte black used for the roof, mainly because of the contrast of the reflectiveness of the moonroof vs. the matte look.

Car appears to be going the right direction, tho... Thanks for sharing!

I'm not sure how to quote everyone in one post..

but the pink razor never leaves the garage, it's my baby

As far as the cut out on the antenna, I was doing this by myself and in a hurry and didn't even think to remove the antenna

so I just cut out around it, my supply is infinite so I'll prob redo it sometime. Maybe lime green!

The a-star sticker is actually black reflective vinyl, some kickass stuff!

Thanks Steven, yeah that's the theme I'm going for. I'm redoing my grill thursday with trojanman in a flat black instead of low gloss and eventually will do the trunk lid in matte as well.
