a slow shutter speed camera! Or you can photoshop them!

Wont slow shutter speed only blur the car?

you set it at a slower shutter speed, but you follow the car as it moves so that your lens focuses on the car as the background is moving in a blur

I can't even take good motion shots ... you need to experiment with it quite a lot to get it in the bag

Great shot..

By the way, it's called 'panning' set the camera to maybe 1/50, 1/40 take the picture and move the camera with the car. It's actually quite easy once you get some practice.
