Pictures didn't come out well, but here they are despite! Go easy on me :)
For fan_888
We should probably do some day shots, else where.
haha

You guys getting tired of the "edited" pictures? Too much color, don't you think? Hm...I'll have to try to pick up another "format"...sometime, somehow?
Criticism VERY MUCH WELL WELCOMED!

YES! you're totally right. have you ever seen a DARK background, and then sort of...for lack of a better description...led looking likes WAVED around the image? and it sort of lingers in the picture? I assume a leaving the shutter open for a long time will work, but how to heck do you get rid of the grains (high iso for dark picture)...?

A long shutter will capture any moving light and essentially capture it as "light trails". It is a very neat picture if captured properly.
I've took a few photos of a vehicle circling another vehicle as to make several "light trails" around it.
You can take the picture at a very low ISO. The longer you have your shutter open the more the light will come in anyhow. Have it open too long and the sky may light up as orange... I don't remember correctly but I think a lower aperture also helps.
As for reducing noise... shooting with low ISO usually helps. But if you forget.. there is a program that helps eliminate the noise from images. I just don't remember what that program is called at the moment.
