Negative. Reducer is a little more mild than lacquer thinner. It will not harm the finish of the wheel but will dissolve the rattle can paint. Its also called urethane reducer or basemaker. It can be bought anywhere that sells true automotive paint. Not that bullshit duplicolor crap.

Did you try "goof off"
Not t be confused with goo gone. It's in a yellow box, smells like fuck but works really well. I used that to get plastidip off the inside of my barrels on my wheels. Also easily removes adhesive and general nasty shit

I had the opportunity to see the car on my way home last night. It is quite stunning in person, as I knew it would be.
It's funny how I like the Type-S A-Spec so much more in a custom color!
Great job, Aaron!

Reminds me of my bagged 94 S10 I had, its almost the same color.
I do like it....And I see someone is shooting in Manual mode now
And, I do see something that the NBP paint hid a little better

See Aaron, turtlecivic and I were correct in our guess of Midnight Purple. Right? The car looks absolutely stunning!!!!

Awesome color choice man IMO the car would look much cleaner with the stock grille and fog inserts but I appreciate the work and trying to be different. Your next mod should be a CF plate holder
