The adventures of Plasti-Dip Man!

Forewarning: Don't knock the pics, taken with my phone.

Some of you may remember an issue I had a while ago concerning a front license plate cover indentations left by the previous owner

Well long story short, my dumb ass put another noticeable scratch on the side and I ended up ordering my self a brand new bumper from Ack since fixing the original was going to cost more.

Bumper arrives back from the paint shop :

Plasti-Dip man: your mission is to successfully remove old bumper, plasti-dip the grille, and reinstall the new bumper.

Mission accepted
Bumper off:

Parts getting ready to be plasti-dip(ed)

Almost done:

Waiting for everything to dry:

All Done!:

Don't have great pictures of the final product, but it turned out good. I will admit, the spray can queefed on me on one of the last coats and there is a small imperfection, but I figured I'll just take care of it when I'm installing my A-Spec down the road.

What do you think Plasti-Dip man?

Mission accomplished

Paint match was good, just gave them the paint code (NH603P for WDP, I think), but now my bumper is brand spanking new and it really makes the rest of the car look like . So now I'm going to have to get it detailed
