You know it! Its hit or miss with them one time I ordered a kit it took a month but that was like a year ago, ordered another one about 2 months back and it arrived at my door 9 days later!
I aimed them in the house before I put the bumper back on the best I could. Do to the nature of the reflector design and the curve of our bumper they will favor pointing out to the sides but you can correct a lot of this problem with your mounting techniques. Also my cutoff is a strait line and the up/down is easily adjustable so that should never be an issue.

They have a lot of customers now that more and more forums are starting to know about them.
I have ordered about 6 kits from them and the one I recently ordered is expected to come in about a month from now and the others got here in roughly a week/week and a half.
