I admit there wasn't much competition today! I never get tired of looking at this vehicle. Thorough wash and a wax is my cure for new car fever.

Looking good! I wouldnt leave the windows cracked that much in the future. A friend of mine used to always crack them, but someone was nice of enough to pour their drink through the window.

Lol, I did the wait...wut? too. I was like, nice car OP, but it appears by your park job you're one of those, guys. Giving the benefit of the doubt, I think it's just an extra-large spot as the striped area to the left of the car may be for a walkway or something. Whatever the case, the width of the parking spaces don't look like two spots according to the few visual clues in the pavement markings.

I always get bummed at the thought of the fact that my car also is 6 years old, but then I look at it...and I ask myself "how the hell does it still look better than so many other cars?". Its weird. The TL has barely aged at all, despite its age. People still look at it as if its something special. A coat of wax and a good cleaning...I too am in love with my car all over again.

Haha ... that's one of my preferred "defensive parking" spots, because it's next to a diagonally striped no-parking area between two legal spots. People can encroach on it a bit with no problems -- I am actually right on the line (OK, maybe an inch over!). It's got nothing to do with ramp access or anything; there are two "blow out valves" of some kind on the side of the building there that could theoretically launch their caps out into the parking lot, which is why that spot is striped off. A calculated risk, I guess.
