You're sure that's 5%? Looks more like 20 to me. 5 should be as black as the car itself.

seemed like it was 15% on a cloudy day, cuz i can see the rear window on the otherside. But thats besides the point.

It sucks having to pull tint, especially after you used to it. I feel that way when I have to drive my cousins car when ALL my cars have had tint on them

well i got 5% all around on my black TL'S just got pulled over today got a ticket $115

Or just do what i did "woobs" , get a pic of NBP online with no tint take it to the photo shop to add ur plates and print it out for the judge.

its sucks to have it taken off....and as someone else mentioned, those definitely dont seem like 5% tints at all, more like 20% IMO

are you serious? its that easy??? i got a ticket for my 15% in the front, and was just gonna take it off and replace it with 5%

but if its that easy, i'll just keep it and do what you did. i was kinda looking forward to having 5 all around though.

so yea? i could just use a pic of my car before the tint when i had 0 in front and 5 rest around.

yeah, i got a ticket last month same here wasn't asked to remove it. so i just paid the fine. sucks but i guess it's better than having to remove it.

that might work in NY, doubt it'll work here in So. Cal i think they physically need to go out and look at the car itself to make sure it's fixed.

It definatley dosen't hurt to try "ecliptics" , i had limo tint's all around plus the winshield as well , it's frustrating after a while cause the cops are always you though

I hate it off... As soon as it gets a little warmer here I'm going to put it back on

I saw the same thing when i had the tint put on i asked the tint guy if that was the same tint he said it was 5% just a different type of film. He was full of shit. I had the trooper hit my back windows when i went for my ticket and it was 15% in the back. When i put it back on the front it will be 15% all the way around. But the front was 5%.
