5% tint all around.

LOL. G'luck with it. I admire your courage. I'm just curious to see if you even make it a month before you get pulled over. (I certainly wish you the best.)
Yeah. 50% is the typical "light". ~35% is the medium, and 20% is dark. And then we have Exhibit A, 5%.

Yes sir.
Ah, see that's where my legit doctor's note comes in. It's already saved me once in court and a bunch of times when I've been pulled over for tint (I had 20% before this). I keep it in my glove compartment along with the CA vehicle code passage pertaining to window tint.

Man of God.....
Wow!!
LOVE that look! I too have a doctor slip in the car. But I only went to 35%. My wife suffers from SADD. So it was a compromise. But 5% WOW!! LOOK GREAT!
I LOVE THAT LOOK!!! It's just to bad that the DL does not have a check box for this! So the cop would see it when he/she was running our plates! Now that would be great! It would stop the "being pulled over" which is ALWAYS at the WORST time!

Hey I live in Cali too and I also have a doctors note, according to the CHP tho, a doctor's note is no longer valid for window tint, doctor's note is only good for those removable shades, with the suction cups that sometimes people use, I know its LAME!!! But that's what the CHP told me, I understand its all based on the cop that pulls you over though, some cops will let you slide with the note. I still keep the note in my car anyway.

Hehe it finally happened. I got pulled over today.
Cop told me he couldn't even see me and that's when I pulled out the doctor's note. He looked at it for a second, then asked me what I "suffer" from. I explained everything to him and he let me go...he was actually really cool about it.
pwned.
