I'm not sure if there's a more elegant way of doing this but logically, one way I can think of is to leave the car with the parking light switch (on stalk) on. Then splice a wire from the parking circuit to the DRL circuit. (it'd mean the parking light (turn signal) would be on as well though).
I only thought of this because I always leave my parking lights on so when I go to my car, the lights are illuminated.

^ There are only 2 Tls known of that have this. One in Georgia and one in Canada. Sadly I wont make it But ill have pics of them on the car with illumination in 2 weeks when the streets are cleaned up

Things you need.
- 4 pin waterproof connectors male/female (2).
- Male ballast connectors (2).
- Male bi-xenon solenoid plugs (2).
- Ebay DRL kit.
- Ground wire.

Affix the male plugs from the 4 pin plugs to the power input wire for the LED control. You’ll be using the DRL, Hi beam, low beam and common ground wires from the 5.
Connect four wires to the female 4 pin plug. Use a diode on all three of the positive wires i.e. DRL, Hi beam and low beam.
The ground wire will have a battery terminal connector at the end which would be bolted to the chassis to attain common ground. You can either do this or go the longer route and have three ground wires merging into one, each of those three ground wires will be coming from DRL, Hi beam and low beam. This way you’ll be using both connections on all three of the connectors.

Use the following plug for the low beam; this connects directly to the low beam power supply from factory. Positive goes to the low beam wire in female 4 pin connector for low beam. Ground goes to common ground wire.

use the following plug for the hi beam power supply, again the left connector connects directly to the hi beam solenoid power supply from factory. Positive goes to the positive connector in the 4 pin female connector for hi beam. Ground goes to common ground wire.

for the drl. Use the following kit.
LED Daytime Running Light DRL Relay Harness Auto Control on Off Switch Kit C14 | eBay
this is the wiring schematic from the auction above. You just need one of these kits by the way.
The shown optional wire would be routed to either the above low beam supply or you can go fancy and attach it to the parking light positive, so that when the parking lights are turned on it turns the DRL off.
The each positive form the DRL kit will go to either side DRL +ve in the female 4 pin connector. The ground will go to common ground.
Good luck.

watchu need help on wojo? In the other thread i think we answered red = pos, black = neg. I'm itching to see it installed as well so can provide feedback when necessary!
The diode is just to ensure that power flows only one way. so I'm assuming he means from source to destination (aka from your car battery to your light. If it's installed the other way, then there would be no power going to your lights

I just started my , I have questions mdx jewel had 5-6 wire which one do connect them with

3G TL MDX Jewel Eye Retrofit
So im almost done and need a bit of help from someone! I plan to write up a DIY for all those interested but let me just say that it is by no means an easy task. Ive put in probably minimum of 20 hours on these. The adjustment knobs have to be custom made and welded in and the back of the housing has to be rebuilt. Almost 75% of the rear has to be rebuilt.
Basically Im at a point where I need someones help to wire it up to my car! On the jewel eyes there is one connector with 5 pins.
pin 1 - ground
pin 2 - lows
pin 3 - drl
pin 4 - highs
pin 5 - Does nothing.
I want to make a quick connect so I can connect these right into my factory harness. Whoever helps me out will get my full help with anything to do with the jewel eye retro. Once Im done 100% and they are on the car I will write the DIY detailed with all pictures of the process.
