Any Suggestions on what to do first ?

Tint is subjective. 20% looks best in my opinion but is illegal to have in some states.

Not sure what the last question you asked meant. You have the 07-08 base wheels in what appears to be polished or chrome

It's called "tint" not "tints" and I would recommend 35%. It's not too dark but still gets the job done.

I would recommend tint but I personally like 35%. As mentioned above its not too dark but gives the car an overall classy look. Not only that but since the car is black on black it will make it look a little darker than on cars with other color interiors. Nice looking TL!

I have 20% all around on my NBP and love it. I would have definitely regretted 35%...

I know I'm going to be the odd man out, but I'd say go 50%, I think it look really good especially since you have the black interior. I have 50% on mine and I swear it looks like 35%.

I'd go in this order.
1. Black out headlights (cheap if you DIY)
2. Aspec (Changes the overall look of the car drastically)
4. Tint (Nice!)

Dang, didn't realize the OEM wheels came in chrome! looks good.

If you tint the front be prepared to pay a tint ticket...especially in Cali. And THEN they'll write you a ticket for not having a front mounted license plate. If you go real light all the way around then you might not get bothered.

35% looks best in my opinion. Anything darker attracts police.

It was recommended above but I personally say DO NOT mix and match tint percentages it just look goofy as hell. If your going to tint the car use the same percentage from and back. Looks much cleaner and more uniform. I say go 35% I have had 20% on my cars and its a bit on the dark side...plus 35% is legal in most states as far as I know..
