Thanks for this info, and I think you have made good choices...it looks great to me. Based on this would it stand to reason that I could run 275/35/18 on 9.5 +45 in the back with fenders rolled only (not pulled)?

Yeah, should give you an additional 13mm clearence....a ton of room.
