12/5/09 Charlotte, NC Meet! (56k no no no)
I just wanted to post some pictures I took today at the meet! Anybody who wants to post some of theirs, feel free! It was good to people still made it despite the terrible weather. I would like to nominate my car for being the dirtiest of the bunch
For everybody who wasn't there, we met up at 12:30ish and had lunch then rolled to a parking garage. About 30 minutes after arriving there, a security guard kicked us out, so then we rolled to another parking garage where the March 09 meet went down. It was on the top story, so we were in the rain unlike the first stop, but oh well. Luckily the more time we stayed up there, the better the weather got.
Thanks again to everybody to helped set this up and who attended. You out of state guys are awesome for staying the night Friday for this meet. I think we all wished the weather would have cooperated so the day would have gone as planned with C&C in the morning. I also think more people would have made it if it wasn't for the weather, but what can ya do
If anybody wants the full size pictures, let me know! I haven't edited these at all, they are just straight from the camera. Unfortunately a lot of the pictures turned out blurry, so I didn't even bother putting those up. Sorry if I didn't get a shot of your car. I'm sure I did but it was probably in the part of the blurry bunch

Good turn out, guys. I would've made the trip up there, but I had my car worked on that day. There has to be another mega-meet planned when it's warmer out.

Thanks for the comments on the pictures everybody. I wasn't using anything fancy and I'm no professional. Unfortunately a lot of the better looking pictures turned out to be blurry. Eric was using a D90 and you can tell the difference without a doubt in picture quality.
Even if the meet didn't go down, I still would have made the trip for Sonny's. It's THAT good
Thanks Jon! I absolutely love the picture of your car. Well it helps that your car is gorgeous and it has everything that I want on my car. A lot of my pictures didn't turn out well, but I'm glad that one did. I'll be more than happy to send a full size picture to you if you would like! Oh and tell your wife that my girlfriend and I had a great time talking to her, she was so personable and a pleasure to talk to. Ask her to tag along next time so my girlfriend has somebody to talk to when I'm walking around non-stop
And yes another meet sometime soon would be great! Maybe another one in March? My 21st birthday is March 8th so lets shoot for the weekend after so I can have a beer at lunch like the big boys do
