body line flows pretty good without the front lip and i was thinking to leave the front off and wait for something that looks better. i really like the rear styling of aspec kit (main reason i purchased the kit) but front looks plus front bumper needs to be drilled for the install. so once its on, it'll be permanent.

It looks good as is - I'm not crazy over the front lip either - especially since you loose the nice lower grills and that beautiful chrome trim!

no holes need to be drilled when you install the front under spoiler for the 07 type S. However, you need to take the front bumper off to install it. it is not like the previous 3rd gen front under spoiler (the slap on, cover over type). the front lower grill need to come off b/c the new front under spoiler comes with its own front lower grill. even tho it rides up higher, but it doesn't leave any gap (new spoiler have robber seal that run along the entire spoiler) like the previous one.

from far away, the white stands out a lot. maybe because of the wheels and the tint. But look very clean looking. Any plans later on?

Nice car! I agree with several in this thread (including you) that suggested you leave the front A-spec lip off. Looks fine as is.

holes actually have to be drilled on the front lip for the type-s.

it rides pretty smooth. maybe bit softer than stock typeS springs?? it was for non typeS TLs. specs were 0.6 front and 0.7 rear.

handling wise.. it reduced brake dive and it puts down power much better. front lift when accelarating is significantly reduced. also it cuts corner much more sharper than stock setup.

thanx for the comps

i'm trying to limit myself from modding. its very expensive hobby (i spent $13k on my previous ride) maybe 18" rims might be my last mod hopefully thinking about ronjon legends in liquid graphite.

it was somewhere in the photo gallery. i believe you can use any lip spoiler that's 45" long.

without the front under spoiler, the car looks a bit incomplete. the type S front bumper did not flare out enough. they fit perfectly with the original type S rocker panel but not enough with the A-spec side rocker panel and the rear under spoiler. when I first installed the 07 type S front bumper I thought the flare on the lower part of the bumper can blend in with the a-spec rocker panel. I was wrong and ended up completing the front under spoiler

The car looks great without that front lip. I'm not a fan of the bulges. My vote is to wait for the Ron Jon Type-S front lip.

Keep up the good work man. The car looks hot.

How come you chose white instead of kinetic blue pearl?

Definitely a nice upgrade as I am debating on upgrading from my 04 TSX to a TL-S.

For the roof spoiler anything that is 115mm wide is a perfect fit.

Time to change out the avatar too

i really hate the look of front spoiler. looks like darth vader's head... i'll leave it as it is right now and wait to see if new aftermarket front lip comes out

i always wanted white or black car. i had no choice of color other than abp or mr when i picked up my tsx. but kbp does look good too.

you'll be missing your sc when trading it in for tl-s

I have to agree, I have the 07 TL-S A-Spec body kit, and the front is TOO

bulging,,, I might get just the RJ front next spring, need to see one.

I wish the 07 TL-S had the same front lip as the stripped 07 TL.

Which looks more like the 06 A-Spec front duck lip
