^ It's comes with the metal tab but all you need is the cap. I threw out the bag I can look it up tomorrow at work and give you the number. I got it from Park ave acura. My job gets 30% discount or aka we get at cost.

I paid $14 dollars for mine, but I've got the chrome trim in the door channels too. Those were an extra $10.00.

SSM Sport Shifting
^(driver door looks just like the rear...no keyhole)
Paid about $10.00 at a local Acura Dealership for mine.
I like the no keyhole look. Simple but nice.

I work at a private shop. I get parts at my cost, you guys paid more because you get them at a customer cost through the door. Like I said I get it at cost or 30% off list price.
So far guys have said 10-15 bucks so I really paid $5.76 for the cap plus metal tab.
I ordered a drivers rear door cap, took me about 10 seconds to install. If the battery dies I will just pop off the cap and use the key or I always have a spare fob.

You only change the outside cover. It took me 10 seconds to do because I had the right tool to do it. It shouldn't take you longer than 2 mins with a very small flat head screw driver. (Pocket size)

-Pull open drivers side door handle
-Looking at the cap you will see it sits on a tab
-With the tool you lift the cap off the tab.
-You lift and move it towards the drivers rear door.
-Cap comes off.
You can use a small pocket flat head screw driver, just don't pry that hard off the tab. With this pick tool I was able to get to the bottem side of the tab and lift it up to pull cap off.
Tool I used is here (The last tool in the picture is what I used)

Or use this (Small pocket flat head screw driver)

I used a screw driver, just open the door handle and you get at it from there, takes 2 seconds. I just put mine on, I been waiting until I got my new key to test it first. Then once I realized how easy it is to put on I realized I shoulda just done it sooner. PS I got mine for free haha, pays to have friends.
