You guys are lucky...performance related

I have been browsing these forums for about 4 years now. And I love the TSX and I love the TL. I admit I prefer the TSXs smaller size and lighter weight, but tuning it has been a real issue for people.


The J32 and J35 in your guys' engine bays is such a bad ass motor (I have one in my MDX too). All you do is open it up and add some pullies and the TL PULLS so hard.

I am really hopeful a V6 ends up in the new TSX when it gets SH-AWD. I have a few indications that this is probable....remains to be see.

Yeah, but you know better than most what bolt ons can do for these cars! We've come a long way in the last year or so, thanks to guys like Mike and Richie V6. It does get a little addictive though. I'd gladly part with 500 bucks for a flash that'd give me a measly 10hp/10 tq.

Not to sound negative but these are one of the worst dollar per hp gained engines ever. Nitrous or blower being the exceptions.

NSX - 10K for a Comptech S/C, 80 WHP gain... you tell me if thats worth it vs. the TL.

With a GN in your sig I'm not surprised you feel this way. Welcome to imports. Lots of buck...not much bang. The cars are just so maxed form the factory.

Very true. Imports= more maxed out from the factory. Not a bad thing by any means and it's actually good for the people that don't want to modify. It's sort of "modded" from the factory lol. It just hurts the wallet a little more when mod time comes around. The GN however slightly underrated at 245hp with 3.8L and a good sized turbo, it's easy to see why it responded so well to mods. The first $200= 100hp.

10K for the S/C??? There is one on eBay right now, brand new from a dealership for like 4-5K
