Whats the parts list for 3.6 build in 04 tl 6spd
Does anyone know the parts list to convert our blocks to a 3.6 or even a 3.5, i heard the 07 mdx crank and rods and 05 rl pistons or 2010 tls crank and rods, has anyone one done it with success, and what will the compression ratio be (11:0-11:5 preffered), found lots of info on 03 tls but nut much on 04 tl 6spd

My best advice is to surf the “V6 Performance” forum. Acurazine does not specialize in this type of mod. Whereas, the V6 forum very much does.
Copy and paste this link into your browser. Remove the red X before submitting. Acurazine blocks this link. So, this is why I must disguise it with the red X.

That's a lot of money to stay NA when other options will get you more hp and torque and at a lower rpm range.
Why not build it with good pistons and rods a lower the compression to 9.5 and throw some boost on top at a later date?

Exactly. People spend thousands on mods and run on crappy tires. This guy finally shows what the TL can do on good tires. Even with my stock engine TL I run on the NT05s full time. People spend thousands in suspension mods and then cheap out or don't do their research on the most important mod of all.

The track is called Capital raceway in Crofton MD,I more road race so I drag race on a budget, I ran my NSX rear wheels with road racing slicks wich has a very stiff side wall and is not ideal for drag racing, the smallest wheel you can run in the front 16's maybe would be the best with a real drag radial that has softer side wall's would work best, as far as launching technique, I pre load my suspension and and drivetrain by slightly engaging clutch right before the green versus just popping the the clutch from the floor like most folks, that way you dont lite the tires up, but takes lots of practice or else YOU WILL BURN YOUR CLUTCH UP, 60 FT is everything in drag racing, oh and the you flat shift evey gear beacuse of that stupid drive by wire BS

i have about 3k miles on it and it is fully broken in. it feels way different. no matter what gear/speed im in/at my car pulls like it wants to keep going faster and faster. my whole powerband has torque, and cruising on the highway in 6th i don't need to down shift to pass just punch the throttle and im gone.

What are your winters like? The NT05 offers near "R" compound performance in the dry. Very good wet traction on wet roads and with a little standing water. You don't want to go around hitting large puddles with them.
I've used them down to the mid 20s and they still grip as well as any other tire at that temp. Warm them up and they're better than any street tire out there.
They're quieter than many of the other less aggressive tires I've run. I got 20,000 miles out of a set but had to replace them early due to a severely bad alignment wearing the inside edges.

NOS wakes up any engine , I sprayed as soon as the car hooked in 1st, no street tire would hold up spraying 1st

So you can escape the cops, or do you have an overwhelming insatiable desire to get pulled over by them?
By the time you're done with those kind of mods, you could easily have wound up spending the cost of another car.

however, i wanna see the times cbr runs when he has a 3.6 liter so i say go for it after all we wouldn't get anywhere performance wise if some of us didn't push the envelope farther and farther.

ohh yeah CBR here is my cardomain where i have listed the parts for my j36 build. (keep in mind i had to buy the 3rd gen tl block so my estimated price is more higher than urs would be.) also while ur getting ur build done u might as well get titanium spring and retainers which KMS and Supertech both makes for us.

I can't see the timeslip, what's your 60' and what tires are you running up front?
Looks like you took the EVO off the line no problem.

Probably a good compromise for the front of the car. Do you run them on the street too or are they just for track use? And I have to ask since I've only used sticky tires on the rear, how's the braking?
So they stick with spray from first gear on? No trans issues? It's really good to see someone attacking the traction issue. No one ever does this and it's why we have so many modded TLs in the low 14s at 100mph.
