you can check out
http://www.heeltoeauto.com/
http://store.excelerateperformance.com/

these two vendors sell exhaust for our cars.
although, i think you're going to have to save some money.

with 200 you could just do the "stage mods"
Please look up "TL stage mods" on youtube.
all this is doing is just removing the stock mid-muffler with a straight pipe and adding a more aggressive resonator.

no power gains.
just sound.

also, I'm going to have to ask you to search.
this car has been out since 2004. ALL YOUR QUESTIONS have been answered before on this forum.
Please search or you will get snarky/snide/sarcastic answers.

You won't get a catback for that price, just swap out the mufflers to your liking with either straight pipe or smaller ones.

Kid, you could have search like justnspace did and found your answer. Also, there are other factors to consider. What is your purpose i.e. sound, performance, both, etc.

Is there a legitimate aftermarket exhaust available for ANY car for $200?

OP, you might be able to get a couple used fart cans that'll work off eBay for $200... With that budget you can only hope to sound fast.

Yup, I got a true dual 2.5" catback for my old Caprice for $250 from Jegs, they have singles for under $200, obviously not for Acuras though.
