What first?

I have an xlr8 cat back sitting in my room waiting to be installed, but wondering should i order high flow cat next or j-pipe?

Or do coil overs? Lol so many things i want. What would you do?

I wouldn't bother with the High Flow Cat. The XLR8 V2 J-Pipe is going to be one of the best bang for your buck products you can get that will increase your power and torque (19hp 30tq largest gain over stock). Keep in mind it does delete the 3rd cat (eliminates use of HFC) which is for OFF-ROAD USE ONLY and will not pass a visual inspection. I have the J-Pipes here in stock for $475 plus shipping.

Coilovers are a nice mod as well but you would have to make the decision between the two. Improve your handling and appearance or get some more go and save the show for later.
